APF Women's Association is a social wing run by the wives of APF officers.

 

The organization aims at involving the wives of APF personnel in promoting educational activities, medical services like relief works, vocational skills in times of natural disasters. This kind of social forum provides a platform for the members to develop rapport amongst themselves and share views and ideas as well. The implementation of noble motto of APF Women's Association "Service To Mankind Is Service To God" definitely produces positive humane values and norms in social aspects, interaction, interpersonal co-operation and assistance. The APF Personnel amidst the family members  have developed a congenial atmosphere in the organization.

 

Till date APF Women's Association has conducted training courses  like knitting and weaving thus imparting self sustaining skills especially to dependant family members. The association has also annual scholarship program under which two students, a male and a female for their outstanding performance in their exams were awarded the same. There are several relief works undertaken by the association and in some instances along with Nepalese Army and Nepal Police in a bid to render aids to the victims of natural calamities.
